Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. Event Details
Event Name: Glendale CommUNITY Concert
Event Date & Time: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Location: Harry Whiting Brown Community Center
2. Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must provide goods or services that align with the community event’s values and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The organizer reserves the right to decline applications that do not meet these criteria.
3. Fees & Payment
Vendor fees vary by business. Please see the application for details.
Fees are non-refundable
Payment is due at the time of acceptance.
No vendor will be allowed to set up without full payment.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Setup time: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Breakdown must be completed by 9:30 PM.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials.
5. Space Allocation
Each vendor will be assigned a 10 ft. x 10 ft. space.
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after payment is received.
Vendors must stay within their assigned area.
6. Compliance & Conduct
Vendors must comply with all local health, safety, and fire regulations.
No offensive, illegal, or unsafe products are permitted.
Vendors are expected to maintain a clean and professional booth.
7. Liability
The event organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk and must carry their own insurance if required.
8. Cancellation Policy
Please notify us of any cancellations at least 30 days before the event.
Vendor fees are nonrefundable
9. Marketing & Promotion
By participating, vendors grant the organizer permission to use their business name, logo, and images of their booth/products for event promotion.
